Medical degree (MD) from a recognized institution
Valid medical license
Proficiency in English and Indonesian
Strong clinical skills and medical knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Clinical experience (preferably in general practice)
ACIS/ATLS Certification
Additional relevant certifications (a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Valid pharmacist license
Proficiency in English and Indonesian
Clinical knowledge and communication skills
Experience in clinical/retail pharmacy (advantage)
Understanding of pharma laws and best practices
Diploma/Bachelor’s in any field
Proficiency in English and Indonesian
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Customer service focused
Knowledge of medical terminology (a plus)
Experience in customer-facing roles (preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, or hospitality is an advantage.
Strong market research and business strategy skills to expand Nusa Medica Clinic’s services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
Knowledge in budget management and ROI analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and digital business platforms.
Flexible and willing to travel to all Nusa Medica Clinic branches.
Bachelor’s in any field
Experience in call center or operations (healthcare preferred)
Strong administrative and multitasking ability
Experience handling insurance/payment guarantees
Excellent English & Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
Digital communication proficiency (WA, email, EMR)
Able to work under pressure
