Their doctors are professional and the staff is great, but this is still part of the medical system that I strongly dislike where you will have a reasonable price upfront for consultation, and by the end of it that price will have skyrocketed to multiple millions. I came in with a throat infection and a fever, With some inflamation inside the ear as well.

I asked them to be transparent with the price and when they came back with the quote, it was 3,3 -5 million rupiah without being able to confirm the exact price. After I asked them to only do the throat swab and flu medications and no blood test was necessary since it seemed like typical throat infection. The price ended up on only 1.1 million which is around the price I expected. This only happened because I had done research beforehand what I can expect it to cost and I assume a lot of people fall into this type of trap paying for a lot of tests that you don’t really need.

When I came back to pick up antibiotics after the test came back positive for strep throat The price for the antibiotics were 765,000 rupiah, and after a quick search online, I figured this was way too much. I expected medication to be more expensive here, but I ended up following my guts and went to a pharmacy and got the exact same medication with the same strength for 35,000 rupiah.

I really think that you need to be more in line with your mission statement of Quality integrity Care and not overcharging your patients magnitudes more than normal pharmacies. The fact that you charged almost 20 times the price for the exact same medication made me lose trust in this clinic, which is such a shame since the staff were great

I highly recommend Nusa Medica Canggu for their excellent service. The doctors and staff are friendly and professional, they speak very good English and the clinic is clean and well-maintained. They also have modern and complete equipment for general medical needs. If you are looking for exceptional care in a comfortable environment, Nusa Medica Canggu is a great choice.

The doctor at the Korean hospital said that it was treated well, and it was treated well enough not to leave a wound!

The team at this clinic was top notch. I had terrible food poisoning (Bali belly!) and they took GREAT care of me. I didn’t have to wait long until the nurse took me back and the doc saw me. They gave me a thorough plan as to what they suggested and got me an IV, the correct medications, and took samples to rule out parasites. They were super kind, professional, and detail oriented. Their attention was not rushed and they did everything to ensure my symptoms were taken care of. I was SO relieved coming out of this clinic—can’t thank them enough. 🙏

6 days in villa bed with horrid virus. Chest infection and ear infection. Crying in pain and unable to breathe. Had no choice but to seek treatment and boy am I glad I got these guys. Professional is an understatement. I have never received such swift and relieving treatment from any doctor in Australia. After assessing all vitals and many questions I was straight on the IV and nebuliser and felt instantly better. Doctor/nurse team stayed and monitored me for about an hour and left me with well marked medications and followed up for several days after. Brilliant service I highly recommend if needed. Please do not be stingy on travel insurance. This experience would have put me out of pocket over $600 if not insured. It is what it is.

I had a very positive experience at this 24/7 emergency hospital in Bali. The medical staff were extremely professional, well-prepared, and genuinely kind. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel safe, calm, and well taken care of.

I was treated for a fairly severe allergic reaction, and they acted quickly and efficiently. What I appreciated the most was how thorough they were — they made sure I received all the necessary treatment and carefully monitored my condition before discharging me.

They also ensured that I was fit to travel by plane before allowing me to leave the hospital, which gave me great peace of mind. I am truly grateful for their professionalism, attention, and compassion during a stressful situation.

I was traveling in Bali from the US and developed an eye infection. I went to the NUSA Clinic and received high quality care quickly. In and out in 30 minutes with a prescription. Total cost was $40. They provided a report the following day and followed up on how I was doing. Much less hassle than in the US. The staff were all very friendly and kind. I recommend that you don't get sick....but if you do, this is a good clinic.

I came to Nusa Medica clinic late at night in after hours and was accommodated so well. I am an Aussie on holidays and was very anxious when I became sick. The lovely nurse Ari ( I hope that’s the correct spelling) and the Dr on were great. Their English was amazing and made me feel at ease. Everything was explained perfectly and the clinic itself was clean and comfortable. I was given follow ups and had all of my questions answered.

Very reassuring compared to the local hospital, gave me antibiotics and clear information on how to protect my stitches. Answered all my questions and read my CT scan from the previous trip and reassured me. Quite expensive for equipment but they let you take it away with you so its cheaper on future visits. Overall very happy.

Visited with a blocked ear following unsuccessful treatment at another clinic in Bali. The service was very professional and efficient, I was seen by a doctor within minutes and the nurse and doctor were great. Both spoke amazing English and completed an ear irrigation which meant I can hear again! Front of house staff sent me the medical report and invoice for my insurance claim. Reasonable price for the treatment received!

Very helpful and friendly staff that speak fluent English. The clinic/ hospital itself is very clean and tidy. Both myself and my partner became ill and needed assistance to stop vomiting etc and were able to be seen to quickly and effectively. Amazing clinic! My son had an earinfection and they had a camera to look inside the ear. They also have a pharmacy inside the clinic so we got all the medication needed in the same place. Everyone spoke perfect english and were very helpful!

I had a very positive experience at Nusa Medica Clinic Penida when I came in for treatment due to a fever. The medical team — including both the doctors and nurses — were extremely caring, attentive, and friendly, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the visit.
The clinic is also well-equipped with excellent facilities and maintains a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism. I highly recommend this clinic to both tourists and local residents who are experiencing health issues and are looking for reliable medical care.

I had an infection, they came by ambulance to my room and took me back. I was treated with great care and affection. All the doctors who treated me were kind and took very good care of me! After spending the night receiving intravenous fluids in my room, I was discharged in the morning. I'm still taking medication, but I already felt better the next day. The bed was comfortable and I didn't feel any discomfort. I had travel insurance, which helped me a lot at that time. Thank you to the whole team.

I had to go to the clinic because I had an allergic reaction with severe skin hives. The doctors could look at me almost straight away, which was nice. Everyone I encountered was super nice and helpful. They speak English and they take the time to explain everything to you.
I had to get injections and got some take-home medications. After a few days it wasn't improving, and they were kind enough to keep reaching out to me through Whatsapp about my status. In the end I had to go there again and they gave me another type of tablets. Finally it went away after 3 days.

The great thing about them was that they kept in contact with me through Whatsapp, to see if my condition was worsening or improving.

Thank you to the medical staff for helping me.

I had to visit the emergency center because of an ear infection, and the staff & doctor were very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English.
I didn’t have a long waiting time, was thoroughly examined and I could get the medicine for my treatment right there.
Even afterwards, the staff was reaching out to check if I was better, and they were answering questions.
Hope you don’t have to go there ;-) but if you need to, don’t hesitate!

I'm not happy with what happened. I went there with an ear problem after diving. The guys there did their best but it felt like they didn't know what they were doing, and it's probably not their fault. There was a huge lack of professionalism and no doctor took care of me. I have serious doubts about the cleanness of the tools they used. I came out with a bill of more than 3'000'000 IDR and the day after, my ear got worse, swollen and painful. I had to shorten my stay on the island to go to Bali International hospital which is way more professional and I payed 2x less. The doctor told me to stop all the medication that they gave me at the clinic and he gave me other medication. It feels like this clinic found an easy way to take money from tourists.
If you have anything serious, just go to a hospital.

Excellent service, the girl doctor is super professional and speaks excellent English. She was very reassuring and explained to me with precision my condition and the treatment. Also in the clinic they had medication for intestinal bacterial infection that are common in Bali. They send me all the documents for insurances on WhatsApp super quickly and the doctor even did a follow-up of my symptoms. 100% recommended for minor/moderate health issues. It's open 24/7 and the're always ready for consultations (we went around 10pm)

Attended this clinic on the day I arrived with an eye infection. They are brilliant and the treatment was first class. Ended up at the Lombok hospital as the infection was aggressive and I am immunocompromised, which was disappointing so came back to this clinic for the emergency IV treatments. The hospital wanted to do inpatient daily IV antibiotic treatments so I requested daily clinic treatments instead. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic or returning for treatment. Their English is excellent. All of the staff are amazing and very helpful. The Dr’s are very knowledgeable. The clinic is immaculately clean and very well equipped. They accept credit card payments and worked with my insurance company for the ongoing treatment.

I arrived at this clinic at short notice around 7:30 p.m. for treatment and was given a very warm welcome. Data collection and medical history were completed very quickly. Dr. Halidagia Reksadita Lugina took the time to examine everything thoroughly and shared everything she was doing with me. She also explained in detail the medication to alleviate or even stop my symptoms. I felt very well looked after there and can highly recommend this clinic.

I have no comparison, but I think the prices are really fair. For the examination itself it was 550k IDR.

I can’t recommend this clinic enough! I had severe food poisoning and had been throwing up everything I ate or drank for the past 24 hours. When we arrived in Gili, my partner called this center, and they came straight to my hotel room with IV fluids and medicine to help me recover. After four bags of fluids and several medications through the IV, I could finally eat and drink again. I felt better almost immediately and didn’t throw up after that.

The doctor and nurse were extremely professional, and everything was clean and opened in front of me. I truly felt well taken care of! Worth every penny. They also provided all the necessary documentation for my travel insurance, as well as medication for the next 3–4 days to help my stomach recover.

10/10 — highly recommend!

When my boyfriend had a fever and a few other symptoms, we went to the Nusa Medica clinic. Dr Lia and her Team helped very well and did every test to rule out malaria, dengue or salmonella infections. Throughout the test it came out, that he had a bacterial infection and was very dehydrated. Dr Lia and her team were very capable and were working on great medical standards, as we know them from clinics in Germany. They provided excellent care and service, Dr Lia explained the whole process, she explained all the medication and even talked us trough the process with our travel insurance, she followed up per WhatsApp even days later to see how his condition was. We felt very safe and good advised. We would recommend this clinic and the team to everyone who needs help on their holiday!

I came to this clinic specifically after reading the reviews and I cannot fault it.

I was seen straight away, both the doctor and nurse were incredible, spoke great English and were very informative. The place was clean and professional.

I had to have 2 IVs amongst other medication so I was there around 10 hours, in this time I was checked on and reassured a countless amount of times. Then once my results were back (after fast tracking them) they sat down and went through each one with me.

They even whatsapped me in the days following to remind me about which medications to take and to check in. They also guided me through the insurance process once I was feeling better.

I would take these lovely staff over private healthcare in the UK any day, thank you again Nusa Medica ❤️

Me and my son both had to attend the clinic and I was so impressed. Both doctors were very professional, skilled and so efficient.
They had me checked out straight away (blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, auscultation) and even had the specific medicine I usually use at home.
They even offered to come to my hotel the next day and take my bloods there (with a return time of only 5 hours, even though it has to be shipped to Lombok!). When I had to take my son in , he was assessed, medication prescribed and out in less than 30 minutes. I am still amazed and felt really well taken care off. They checked up on us the next day, asked how we felt and if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

My husband fell very ill with Bali belly and from the moment I messaged them before arriving in Nusa Lembongan they were amazing. I was going to take him into the clinic myself once we arrived but as soon as they realised how serious it was they sent an ambulance immediately to pick him up. We are from New Zealand and could only wish to receive the same standard of care there. My husbands nurse was the kindest lady he has ever met and the doctor also amazing. 4 hours later he was back at the villa eating and ready for the next day trip we had planned. Thank you so much!

I cannot fault the team at Nusa Medica Clinic! As a mid-20s female solo traveler I came to the clinic with a bad fever and feeling incredibly unwell. The team were quick to get me in and comfortable on a bed. They were professional, asking all the right questions and performing thorough tests me to make me better. The team’s knowledge of what I needed, and their competence English meant I fully understood what was happening at all times. Once I had finished they kindly took me back home in their ambulance free of charge too!

I am beyond grateful for the team at Nusa Medica, particularly Dr. Lala and Ns. Enjers for being so professional and kind to me- thank you again!

Our son had to be treated in the hospital for severe dehydration. He had previously suffered from abdominal cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever. Im seriously injured my leg and had to seek help. They did everything as quickly and accurately as possible. They promptly resolved all issues with the insurance company. All the procedures, including the approval, took just over an hour. They provided bandages and medicines. They asked about the condition the next day. I felt cared for and safe. Thank you very much!

This is a wonderful clinic, they really took great care of me. They arranged pick-up and drop-off, did all the necessary check-ups, and explained clearly what the next steps would be. I was there from 9 to 5, and during the whole day they regularly checked on me, offered food, and made sure I was feeling okay. They discussed the test results with me and explained how to continue afterwards. Communication through the app is also excellent – they respond quickly and are very helpful, even with small questions. Overall, a very pleasant clinic with a great experience. As I entered the clinic, I was greeted by friendly staff who listened carefully to my concerns. The doctor, nurse, and pharmacist were all very kind and provided excellent assistance with my health problems. The medicines provided were also well stocked. The entire facility was spotless, and the toilets were fresh and pleasant. All the staff were exceptionally nice and professional, making me feel almost 100% better even before taking the prescribed medication. Highly recommended!

The staff was very responsive and kind, the appointment was very quick, and the medication was included in the consultation price. Two stars because they prescribed antibiotics that didn't help, and the treatment was chosen incorrectly.

What really blew me away was the aftercare. The day after my visit, they actually reached out to me via WhatsApp to check in on how I was doing. That kind of follow-up is rare even in big city clinics, let alone on a small island. And whenever I had follow-up questions afterwards, they were always easy to reach and quick to respond.

On top of that, all documentation was in English and fully electronic — no confusing paperwork, no language barriers. As a traveler, that small detail makes a huge difference and shows how seriously they take their international patients.

As a tourist, I received medical assistance at this clinic. It is a very good clinic, with extremely kind and polite staff. The conditions in the clinic are excellent. I warmly recommend it to anyone who needs medical assistance in Gili Trawangan.

We had a lovely stay in Gili, but something unexpected happened — my husband suddenly started vomiting and developed a severe headache, which seemed like food poisoning. We called a doctor from Nusa Medica, and he was incredibly understanding, kind, and professional. He treated my husband efficiently, and we noticed a quick recovery. The nurse was also very supportive, providing the necessary medicines and checking in regularly. They even followed up for 2–3 days until my husband was completely fine. We truly appreciate their care and dedication.

Horrible experience. They poked my hands 8 times to find the vein yet they didn't succeed.. later gave some injections and sent me home where I had to suffer the pain whole night.. the next day I asked for inhouse doctors from Blue Island. Very professional and ease my stomach pain in couple of hours.

Avoid this team at any cost. The doctor was smelling alchol too. Super unprofessional
